BLM partner Ben Parks accused of submitting a false witness statement to pervert the course of justice to falsely link a vexatious litigant to a claim made against Reliable Homes Ltd who pocketed over £6K in property rental scam!

Financial Fraudster News Investigations have been shown court documents submitted by BLM partner Ben Parks (pictured left) to the County Courts of England and Wales that purport to place the unnamed vexatious litigant at a place that has never in an attempt to interfere with the due administration of justice.

According to court papers filed at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court to reinstate a claim against Reliable Homes Ltd suspiciously not heard due to a court failure to issue the correct pre-trial court papers it appears that Parks aided and abetted by a trainee solicitor identified as Deepika Patel sought to use a vexatious litigant which if linked to the proceedings would stifle and give the judge little choice but to strike out the proceedings or impose an order to favour his client North London based Reliable Homes Ltd.

Financial Fraudster News Investigations has seen court papers in separate proceedings reserved for HHJ Luba, known as a leading property expert at Central London County Court, and presiding over the case between the tenant company and WD Properties (UK) Ltd, with the appointment of HHJ Wendy Backhouse (pictured right) allocated to preside over the case allowed alleged slum landlord and alleged racist owners of WD Properties (UK) Ltd controlled by the Shea brothers who were allowed to link the same vexatious litigant as the controlling mind behind tenant company.

The corrupt judge knew at all times that tenant company was in fact not linked to the vexatious litigant, a former employee, but had been fully aware that the parties had entered into a part 36 settlement for £1.5 million pounds favouring the tenant company and assertion that the vexatious litigant was the controlling mind and pulling the strings was found to be a fabricated strategic position and designed to pervert the course of justice by those who sought to rely on the bogus assertions. Backhouse’s order is the subject of a High Court appeal and Backhouse personally following a response from the Judicial Complaints Authority and has been reported to the police as a result for abuse of public office and a material breach of The Seven Principles of Public Life: openess and honesty.

Financial Fraudster News Investigations court correspondent states "...Mr Parks has seemingly allowed himself to embellish a witness statement, now exposed as fraudulent, which in part following the recent acquisition of the multi-million-pound tenant company by an American company who have identified fraud involving Parks, Patel and Reliable Homes Ltd when juxtaposed against WD Properties (UK) Ltd property statements"

Financial Fraudster News Investigations contacted The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal for types of penalties a corrupt solicitor would expect for egregious conduct an unnamed spokesperson stated "...that any solicitor found to be fostering or participating in a sheme to knowingly submit a false statements to any court in order to mislead and to pervert the course of justice will be struck off".

Financial Fraudster News Investigations has spoken to an unnamed key witness to the relevant events and has confirmed that an affidavit has been drafted in support of the tenant company and is thought to cause Parks and Reliable Homes Ltd difficulties in sustaining the alleged fraud on the court.

Financial Fraudster News Investigations will be following the forthcoming court proceedings and has contacted Reliable Homes Ltd who have declined to comment.
