Has the Attorney General been caught perverting the course of justice?

Her Majesty’s Attorney General Geoffrey Cox is accused of abusing the Attorney General’s Office in an attempt to subvert the course of justice in High Court proceedings against an individual which was sent wrongly to a North London business address thought to be the address of the individual named as the defendant in July 2019 contrary to Civil Procedure Rules that clearly provides the rules for service of a new claim in England and Wales.

Financial Fraudster News can reveal that in court filings against the unnamed defendant in the proceedings, the AG named DEZ Holdings Ltd as the company said to have committed fraud in several civil proceedings.

Furious DEZ directors have hit back by handing the legal documents to Financial Fraudster News investigativenews team who have discovered an insight into how the AG builds a claim.

In what can only be described as an abuse of office the AG has made a series of fraudulent misrepresentations that DEZ and members of its management team have committed fraud against a BVI company that DEZ has owned since 2011 the documents were submitted without any credible evidence by dishonest Government Legal Department lawyer named as Zara Broadley-Johns who works directly for the AG.

Financial Fraudster News can also reveal that the AG has breached general data protection rules and obtained legally privileged documents in a sophisticated and premeditated breach of DEZ Holdings Ltd data protection, Human and Charter of Fundamental Rights in an abuse of the AG position.

The conduct of the AG, The Treasury Solicitor and the GLD’s Broadley-Johns who are in fact indivisible have given an insight into the abuse of position both the AG, The Treasury Solicitor and the GLD can and will affect when it suits them even on the most benign cases and without hesitation willfully engages in baseless, defamatory and libellous statements signed by a statement of truth in order to mislead the High Court of England and Wales.

A spokesman for DEZ stated “we sent a letter before claim to the dishonest AG requesting an apology to avert any litigation, the letter was responded to by Broadley-Johns without apology we have applied for an injunction against the AG whose conduct is completely unacceptable and unlawful”

The spokesman further stated, “the DEZ Board want this matter brought to the attention of the taxpayer as this is an abuse of public office and is a public interest matter."

Financial Fraudster News has invited the AG to comment, a press office spokesperson said: "This issue is being handled by the Government Legal Department, so we won't be issuing a comment."

Financial Fraudster News will be monitoring the forthcoming events.
