Yet, our records, directly from the court's CE File system, show multiple 'Filing - Certificate of Service' entries dated 27-10-2021 and 19-11-2021," Abramovich stated, referencing court documents. "This is undeniable proof that the Claimant complied with service requirements weeks before the judgment was granted. Master Sullivan's finding was a demonstrable falsehood."
"Sir Robert Miles, by upholding or failing to rectify this demonstrably flawed reasoning, is effectively complicit in a subversion of the course of justice," Abramovich concluded. "When you scratch the surface of the British judicial processes, what you find is a disturbing pattern of questionable rulings, a lack of transparency, and what we believe points to elements of fraud, nepotism, and corruption.
